Kindest staff in the whole city | cleanliness improving | the amenities and cleanliness do not justify the price, could definitely find better for cheaper in Chicago BUT they are improving.
I don’t recommend this motel. Stay away. I had a very bad allergic reaction because they have mold in the room. Thats not the main issue bathroom light was broken. And the ac was broken. I totally got scammed. Stay way and don't the picture they are AI made. No pillow. Overall eww is was my reaction. Not a human can stay in here. I stay for 2 mint and got almost lost my breath. Came out with a very bad allergic reaction. Was sick for 2 days.
They gave my room away and they just took my money and I haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement. This service is terrible and I am very disappointed because now I’m just out of money and they were rude and I didn’t get any help from Expedia either they said they tried to call them so there’s been nothing no reprieve or nothing from my bad experience.
