Accommodations were clean and comfortable. However, we were given a handicap accessible room with a shower only. On Expedia we booked for a room with a tub. Also, the door to the room was jammed shut. Therefore, we were unable to open the door with the key card. When I explained this to the young lady who checked us in at the front desk, she was rather dismissive. She scanned the key card once more and told me to try again. Also, she instructed me on how to scan the key card and turn the door handle, which I found condescending. Naturally, this did not solve the issue. Finally, after I returned to the front desk for the third time a different young lady called for the Maintenance Engineer to investigate. Once he arrived at our room, it took him approximately 20 minutes to resolve our problem. We could get in and out of the room, but it still took a little bit of muscle to open the door. There appeared to be two large events going on during our check in, so it did not seem as though they were concerned about our comfort or inconvenience at all. Very disappointed in the customer service that we received.
