Property is very dated and there’s a slight musty smell. Hotel also had a partial power outage while we were there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean.

Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room and hallway had a dirty, musty smell to it. It wasn't strong but I smelled it every time we left and came back. Also, the AC unit is a little louder than other hotels we've stayed at. The bedside lamp didn't work but it didn't bother us.

I had a great experience here. Only issue is housekeeping repeatedly knocked at my door a couple minutes into check out. We were literally walking out the door. Also, it’s very dark in the parking lot and on the property at night.

Multiple people were staying here for a wedding and everyone pretty much had the same story. The hotel sofa sleeper were broken and no extra blankets in room. The pool water was green and not enough pool towels and every time we asked for additional item the response was housekeep is gone for the day tomorrow we will get that for you and nothing. The people were nice in telling you no and how things were out of their control. You would think that we all booked our room at the last minute and no one expected all these guest.

First of all, I didn't think it was clean. The toilet didn't have an exhaust fan and was right next to the coffee machine. I found it really gross and then one of the lights didn't work and the phone didn't work either. When I told the front desk nobody took it seriously. I had to pay $32.50 for the breakfast and they didn't even have much choice other than eggs and pork sausage. They had no other choice. The next day the room service was done. They just threw my things away without my permission. My shampoo, shower gel and facial cleanser was packed in a bag, they just threw it away and the room wasn't properly cleaned. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hot tub was out of service and this was one of the main reasons we stayed here. I would have liked for this to have been shared on the website. We specifically searched properties with this amenity for a reason. The meal tickets for breakfast Buffett was great and quick. The property appears to be older but the bathrooms were in great condition. We did find the doors a bit thin as there was a team staying in hotel and it was a bit noisy. But the staff was great.

No lights in parking lot. Room phone didn’t work. Recent uncleaned stain on wall. Very disappointing stay and will never go back. Had there been more time I’d asked for my money back.
