Very comfortable and well kept property. Beds were very comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety. One elevator wasn't working which was kind of a hassle. Pool was nice but no hot tub.

I didn't like that the rooms were very small, but they were clean. Around 10pm Saturday the fire alarm went off. We had to leave the building with no communication/explanation from the staff. I was expecting someone to say something at check out, at least apologize for the inconvenience, nothing, very unprofessional.

Very clean and free breakfast had more options then other hotels. Only one working elevator is a Negative. Staff could be more friendly and should have their own elevator to service floors.

One of the elevators was broke making the wait times long for guests. Breakfast was not organized well. Line to get any food was really long (out to lobby) because people were waiting to make waffles but blocking all other food as well. Bathrooms were really tiny. You had to either get in the tub or stand next to the toilet to shut the door while in the bathroom.

The hotel stinks like marijuana, I stayed there and it was the worse night I ever spend in a hotel, guests where fighting and yielding each other’s all night, I contact the front desk a couple times they didn’t do anything until 4am they decided to call 911, but they’re still fights all over the hallways, people started fighting right outside of my room, it was unsafe, scared, I can’t describe how bad it was. Kids where sleeping in the lobby. It was dirty, and none did anything to take care or solve the situation.

The room itself was fine. There however was noise in the hallway throughout the late evening early morning hours. The hotel did nothing about children running around the lobby and elevators from the pool, getting water All over the floors and elevators. The morning male staff at the front desk was rude to myself and to other guests as well. The pool was very cold as well. The breafast dining area was dirty.

The staff was very helpful and kind. This location was great for my stay. The only thing I wish was a bit different was a selection of breakfast. When you stay for a week the options become a bit repetitive.

Nope Never again
On of the worst places ever. No microwave in the room and not every floor has an ice machine. The elevator sucked... Almost got stuck on there twice. The bed should be 2 queen beds and they were two full size beds .They also were sooo uncomfortable and hard. My parents room window was leaking and had my dad clothes soaked. Paid for a top floor room and was told there wasn't anything available for me because I booked through a third party (hotels.com). They only had three luggage carts. And when checking out it took an hour to leave because no one knew where a cart was. I had to go out by the garbage to get a cart. Also my best friend had a room too and her husband ended up having blood on the other side of his pillow meaning the they didn't clean properly. When she called down the front desk lady told her just put it outside the room with no apology. She got it reseolved eventually.

The lobby, breakfast, and rooms were amazing. Super clean, well kept, and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful in each interaction. The one downfall was the pool, we didn't feel like the pictures matched reality. The pool deck was clean but the pool itself had a really gritty chlorine composition and the temp was fairly chilly. Somewhat disappointing since we came to swim with our friends but otherwise the entire stay was perfect.
