"Upon arrival, the guest service agents were kind and attentive to guests, even while others waited in line, and were careful to give each guest their attention. With this location being in the heart of downtown, it was easy to walk to the theatre or enjoy a walk along the lake."

"King bed room with sofa was clean and very roomy with lots of storage. I especially appreciated the outlets above the nightstands on both sides of the bed for charging devices. The staff was the ultimate in friendliness and helpfulness. Loved the rooftop bar! This is a great location just 1/2 block off Michigan Ave and we felt comfortable walking back from Navy Pier after dark. The hotel doesn’t offer parking but we found very reasonable parking just 2 blocks east at 333 N Rush St. We would definitely stay here again!"
