For the price, it’s not bad, hot water bed. I wish they had more channels on the TV overall it was comfortable a lot of food areas around there so that was good.

Pros: staff was nice. The bed was good, utilities worked, room was clean. Convenient location, bars, restaraunts businesses all over in walking distance, easy freeway access. Cheap. Cons: hotel needs some renovating. Holes in window shade, stains on the toilet, the lampshade, the tub, heavy wear just about everywhere you really look. Loud patrons, might have felt uncomfortable if not for being male. It works, I'd stay again but only if I couldn't find a better hotel near the price point.

If you are looking for a place to argue, be late because of the shuttle, wait for shuttle 1,5 hours, have only cereals for breakfast without anything else (also no milk), get declined when you ask for hot water for tea, have a terrible smell on all your clothes after the stay.. you are welcome! The staff will enjoy your stay and your low demands of cleanliness and being on time!

When I first arrived I thought ugh another typical dirty super 8. But I was pleasantly surprised the towels where fresh and really soft, the sheets were soft and comfy as well as the bed. The only negative think i would say is the smell was a little off but not bad. Overall I was happy with my stay and will stay here again in the future.

The reception staff, Vicky and Andy were great, very friendly and helpful. They have a great restaurant attached which does all home made meals. On my list as one to return to next time I visit Chicago.
