Unit under renovations, so some inconvenience expected both outdoors & inside.
Busy road & intersection...borders strip mall shops & pub with parking limitations & business noise into the evening...adequate parking on the other side, but this is farther away from the rooms on the strip mall side. Needed instructions from staff on where to legally park.
Young lady at the front desk was very friendly & informative.
Although toasters available, no food items available to toast. Good coffee, but no decaf. Cereal, milk, juice machine, oatmeal & hot water, microwave provided. Nice dining area but wouldn't expect to use it for breakfast.
Room interior & furniture in need of updates, repairs & paint/wall washing. Bathroom sink, toilet, & tub need repairs...toilet seat worn, antiquated & loose, sink & tub drain inoperable, melted light fixture, soap dispensers unattached to shower wall. Towels & bedding clean & available. Good mattress & adequate floor space.
