"No hot water at 9am, breakfast was over priced and not well done, door men watched you enter the building and the bar tender with his auto 18% gratuitity disapeared for 20 minutes. I ordered a champaign basket to our room three times, never got it! PAS on THIS ONE!!!"

"The hotel’s downstairs lobby and common areas are very nice, but the hallways are dark and all the black doors, carpet and walls don’t help the case, all that black color without any wall decor is not very inviting. Walking through them honestly gave me a little bit of movie The Shining feeling. ..."
