"Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. "

"The room was spacious, clean, and modern. But check-in was terrible. We rang the bell to the front door for several minutes, with no answer. Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance."

"We loved everything about Hotel Smeraldo (means Emerald!)… the breakfast was amazing, location was perfect for us, the room was clean and just the right size! Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. "I liked the location near Travestere. Bathroom sink was not drained well. Cleanness is just ok for air b&b style. This is not a hotel. There is not enough space to leave cosmetics or toiletry or carrier in the both bathroom and room. Room is very small if you have more than 3 ppl with luggages. Our room door made squeaky sounds, and I could hear other room’s sound as well. Property manager respond quickly to your message through Whatsapp though."
