"The rooms are pretty outdated. They don’t have any meaty refrigerators or microwaves inside of the room. That was our only complete. Also, the beds could be replaced as they are very hard at firm and uncomfortable for your back."

"The hotel staff was very kind. This is an older hotel that has had some updates. The room floor was not very clean, but the bathroom and beds had been cleaned. The night we stayed someone burnt toast in the lobby at 8am which resulted in the fire alarms going off and they had a hard time getting them to stop. We packed quickly and left because of the chaos."

"The property grounds are terrific with big old trees covered in moss, sitting gardens and paths. The breakfast - such a delight with attentive, friendly staff and tasty food at a breakfast table meeting other guests was a treat. Hospitality is great. If only there was some reinvestment in the facilities. Local noises come right into the rooms and the bed mattresses need an upgrade. HVAC was great. "

"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "
