"Major construction made it really hard to get to the hotel. The valet parking was full so they directed us to park at the Hilton across the street but gave no directions how to get to the parking garage. Just said “it’s across the street.” So that was a wild goose chase. Had curly black hairs all over the bathroom ceiling and on the bathroom door and notified the front desk
And showed them photos 2 mornings in a row as we were heading out for the day and they were still there after the room was...
