"Cafe in the lobby is nice but understaffed. Many people standing in line during the morning rushed ended up leaving before placing an order. The hotel charges a $25 per day resort fee but gives you that amount at credit at the cafe. It appears it’s understaffed intentionally. We checked in and headed straight to dinner. "Great location, service and value. Only negative would be updating the kids suite it is dated but the space makes up for it.
Front desk staff and housekeeping fantastic.
Location is Fantastic just fa away enough to miss the big Disney crowds.
Tips:
Shuttle is great value $7 per person all day
