"Staff was excellent, rooms were very nice, food was delicious, great coffee and bar area. Great place we thought. Parking lot people need a Xanax or a cup of patience. In the time it took to walk in, check in, walk to the room, there was a Ticket/Not-Ticket left on the windshield as a reminder to pay. Nice gesture, maybe wait more than ten minutes?"

"My wife really liked this place. The rooms were clean and the AC was nice. She did like the variety with Breakfast each day the eggs and Sausage was different(one day was Ham)she liked the yogurt selection and fruit."

"Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky. We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!"

"When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...

"Close to I-25 so great for our site-seeing trips to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, as well as Downtown. Comfy bed. Spacious suite!"

"The location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine made for the best options."

"Several of our rooms (we had four) were not cleaned, the wait staff in the restaurant and at the bar were phoning it in, and the front desk didn’t seem to have a grip as to what was going on. Very unhelpful when it came to getting our rooms cleaned."

"Something was leaking through the floor in bathroom possibly leaking bathtub or toilet but it stunk and was damp Just was nasty. I hope it gets fixed"
