"I was in a safari tent for 3 nights. A great value! You have to ask for towels. They were not in the room. Staff were wonderful. Place was clean and the outdoor bathroom was charming. "

The game drive's were fantastic with the guide brilliantly knowledgeable, patient and excellent at finding animals to view - we saw a pride of lions relaxing after a hunt, giraffes, zebu, antelope, hippos, baboons, naughty monkeys and hundreds and hundreds of elephants. The best part of Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge apart from the staff is the watering hole. We had breakfast and dinner overlooking the watering hole watching families of elephants visit, drink, play and depart as well as many bull elephants exerting their dominance. Absolutely magical. "
