"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. "Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

"Mistakenly made reservations for the wrong night and the company would not allow me to reschedule or cancel the booking. The property manager never even contacted me personally nor was I able to speak to any staff for a solution. The booking was accidentally made, and there was ample amount of time to find a solution, but I never heard from them."

"Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price."

They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
