"Excellent customet service. Our car wouldn't start. The manager got jumper cables from another employee and brought his own car out to jump ours. We didn't even ask, he saw us and volunteered to help. There was a room issue when we first checked in. It was immediately corrected and they gave us 2 free drink tix for the bar onsite."

"Have stayed here often when it was Indigo. It was colorful and alive and the decor was welcoming. Also it had a valet service with garage next door. The staff of the claridge is excellent! The parking was next door, but no valet service with the hotel and no price reduction with the hotel. Parking space was limited. We found one on the top floor, but discovered no elevator and we had luggage to carry down on an old stairway. Luckily, Nate manager of the garage, who was on his way home,...

"We had a nice, spacious room in a great location of Wicker Park. There were tons of restaurants and shops right outside our door. We had a 3rd floor unit in this walk-up "hotel." My only slightly negative comment is that the mattress was a little soft/sunken in the middle."

"microwave was not functioning, Bed was old and making lot of noise and disturbance to sleep. Bathroom is tooooooo small."
