"When we first arrived at the Sono Chicago, there was a plumbing issue in our room from the night before. With no other rooms available, we had to stay in a space that wasn’t ideal at first, although the manager Jose resolved the problem as quickly as he could. Throughout our stay, Jose went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary weekend wasn’t overshadowed by a rough start. "Fabulous vibe. Gorgeous industrial design. Epic location. We didn’t want to leave!!! Only pet down was the pool. It was a small dipping triangle and the area was full of adults drinking so kids were a bit sad but otherwise- fabulous! "

"This is a great boutique hotel in a vibrant neighborhood and within walking distance to the Mag Mile, the river walk, the beach, and old town. It’s surrounded by shopping and restaurants and is a very safe area. They have a roof top pool and a roof top lounge, which was very nice and fun and had great views. The only downside is that the valet parking is very expensive compared to other hotels, but it was worth it to me. "
"Absolutely loved it here! Would 100% stay again. This is the best location in Chicago for tourists. Super walkable, so much to do! Close to the train from the airport. The only thing is, the bed I had was like bolted to the wall so if you drop anything down the side, it’s basically gone forever so just be careful of that "

"Ohio House was a great stay! The staff were wonderful and very helpful with dining suggestions. The room was clean, comfortable, and even made up during the day—a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was included, which was convenient. It can be a little noisy, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Chicago’s River North area."
