I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"It’s a nice apt with nice appliances. But it was too complicated to access, operate and maneuver. But Next door to Spodek. To get to actual apt..you have to drag ur luggage across a parking area. Up steps. To enter the bldg. there is no place for a taxi or uber to park closer to the entrance…. "This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing."
