The Fino was in a good location close (within a fifteen minute walk) to main attractions. However, the room was outdated (old mouldy grout in the bathroom, outdated shower glass that didn't keep water from spraying on the floor, little to no counter space in the bathroom, a little lip on the floor covered by carpet on the threshold to the bathroom that was a tripping hazard, chips out of the wooden trim and a new paint job needed). The layout of our large 2 bedroom until was also odd with only one bathroom in the primary bedroom. Occupants of the second bedroom had to come into the main bedroom to use the washroom. The front desk staff were very lovely but I would not suggest the hotel because of the dated nature of the unit.
