"This property was an unexpected gem! The hotel is charming and impressive situated high on a hill. The flowering shrubs were spectacular. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed quite comfortable. The staff delivered great service and genuine kindness. The food, especially the breakfast, was filling and quite tasty. I highly recommend this historic hotel."

"The hotel itself was fine but there is no sidewalks in the VERY busy area and accessing any local restaurants was extremely unsafe. The area had many closed restaurants with very poor choices considering the number of hotels clustered in the area."

"Hotel is very clean and nice looking inside and out. Room was very roomy and laid out nice. Beds were soft with nice sheets and blankets. 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. 2 wireless charging pads for phones and plenty of usb plug ins and regular outlets to charge devices. Rooms a quiet with plenty of places to eat near by. Cons would be refrigerator in room is smallest I have seen in a hotel room. No coffee maker in the room and toilets really low to ground with horrible seats. Pool isn’t very big...

"Booked this for a stay for a ceremony at BU for graduate. Upon arrival there is a full on Christening, Communion, Celebration Party that took over main area, back patio, front entrance. Music, coolers, a LOT of people. Property wants to put me in first floor room. After expressing my concern I was moved but AFTER a surcharge. DISAPPOINTING. This was my go to for four years."

"I used this room when my son graduated at Binghamton because the rooms at Binghamton were booked or outrageously priced. I had a huge room here it was convenient to get to and had a “kitchenette“ and a small fridge. Having paper towels or a clean sponge to clean up would’ve helped and a box of tissues would’ve been nice in the bathroom, but it was quite convenient not having a lobby was odd, but he answered the phone right away when I was missing the code to get in the door so that was fine."

"Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

"Too dirty, so bad odor, load noise"

"I enjoyed how clean this property was! However about 3am on yesterday I woke up to the air conditioner unit making a loud screeching noise and had to turn the unit off for the rest of the night due to me needing to be up by 530. Very disturbing."
