"not too happy with house keeping. after the second night there.(we stayed 6 nights) our room wasn't cleaned, bed wasn't made,didn't get clean towels. Spoke to a housekeeping and the front desk about this and was told because we were there on a long stay it wouldn't be a daily routine to make the bed, clean the room, and give us new towels. We did get new towels, our bed was made that night, but thereafter nothing. they didn't come in to give us new towels or anything so I am disappointed with that."

"The pool closed on Labor Day. It should have stayed open till at least the end of September. The weather was beautiful. We missed out on a couple pool days, very upset over that."
