"Read the description well before booking. Because we knew what to expect (mostly). Good, quiet location crossed from a small park. We really liked the kitchenette and small table and chairs. Good size room for Italy. The only problems we had were that the room phones didn’t work and the morning reception desk at Novotel didn’t respond to our WhatsApp messages.
