Good hotel convenient for our purpose

Very high quality hotel, in a good location with helpful staff

It is a nice hotel right next to the Mall, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are quite good.

All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. I got upgrade. Very nice

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. Fantastic staff in an amazing building. Really well maintained with great amenities in a good location. The food & the view from the restaurant was spectacular.
