What we found
We reserved three rooms We asked all rooms in same floor they didn’t give they said all full but you can see it’s not full No hot water in the flat that’s v difficult No phone in flat to contact reception

Excellent suites , quit place , recommend for family . Rooms too small include the bathrooms . The bad thing the housekeping clean the suits every 3 days , mean you have to clean your room include the bath by your self .

It was a great stay. We loved the suite and the view it had. The only problem was not having all the necessary kitchen wares like a sponge or cloth for cleaning but it wasn't a big problem as we just ordered it from the market.

Amazing don’t miss it
The apartment is amazing by all means very clean, the receptionist and Mr Shadi were very friendly they upgraded our 4 suites to 2 bedrooms apartment with very nice view from the balcony, 10 minutes driving to the central of Yalova and 10 min to Thermal, very tasty room service breakfast. I would definitely stay there when ever I visit Yalova.

Konum olarak iyi bir yerde değil. Yolları tek şerit. Geçiş oteli olarak kullandık. Plaj baya uzak bir yerde ve servis 12:00 gidiş - 16:00 dönüş şeklinde yani günü birlikçilere göre değil. Zaten öyle olmasa bile plajı aşırı dalgalı, yosunlu ve taşlı. Anlaşmalı plajda içki içilen bir yer olduğu için yerlerde cam kırıkları bile mevcut bu nedenle deniz ayakkabısı olmadan ve yere bakmadan dikkatsizce hareket etmemek gerek. Havuz güzel fakat biraz küçük oteldeki misafirlere yetmeyecek seviye de hele ki çocuklar olunca zaten girmek imkansız oluyor. (Ayrıca esintili ve soğuk, ısıtmalı havuz olsa iyi olurdu) Haşema uyarısı var fakat uyulmuyor zaten otel aracı firmalarında (birden fazla yerden bakınca) bu uyarı yok. Mutfaklı odalarda : mutfak araç gereçleri çok kullanılmış veya kötü kullanılmış ki içleri çizilmiş ve kullanılmaz haldeler. İçeride ne tablet, ne deterjan bez vs aklınıza ne gelirse yok :) Alışveriş yapmak mantıksız geliyor. Kahvaltı güzel, öğle ve akşam için Kafesinden odaya sipariş var, hem lezzetli hem de bazıları uygun sayılacak fiyatlı, boşuna karşı köye gitmeye gerek yok oradaki restoranı beğenmedik. Çocukların sesinden otel biraz dinlenmelik değildi. Şantiye sesi ve yanlardaki tarlada kavgalar vs.. Odalarda priz problemi var hele ki yatak etrafında neden olmaz ki?

Il manque juste le necessaire de menage dans le logement (balais, aspirateur, eponge etc) ainsi que un peu plus de vaisselle Logement propre et grand Personnels très gentils

Il manque dans le logement accessoire de ménage afin de pouvoir passer le balais par exemple Sinon hôtel et logement propre, restaurant très bien et personnel très très gentils

Konaklamamızda bir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Isınma konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık onu da klima ile çözdük. Yazın daha güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşanabilir.

Die Anlage befindet sich 5 Autominuten entfernt von Çınarcık. Es sıind verschiedene Wohnungen mit oder ohne Küche. In den Suitewohnungen mit Küchen befinden sich weder ein Spülmittel noch ein Lappen. Man kann ins Zimmer Essen bestellen, allerdings werden die benutzten Teller nicht sofort abgeholt. Der Pool ist winzig nicht wie auf den Bildern. Das schlimmste war allerdings, dass wir nicht ein Mal eine halbe Stunde länger im Zimmer bleiben durften, wir wurden mehrmals angerufen, dass wir die Zimmer nicht nach 12:00 Uhr betreten dürfen. Das ist uns auf der ganzen Welt noch nie passiert.
