"The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it"

The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It appeared we were assigned a room that had already been used and not properly cleaned. "

"The hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and...
