For what it's worth the location was convenient for getting food and a gas station a couple blocks away, the room was decent. Definitely had water damage over the air conditioner, which worked well. A few of the towels were stained and not the best quality. But it served my purpose.

The customer service was ok and price was decent. The $50 cash deposit requirement made me question the safety of the location. The building is poorly maintained and very dirty: a lot broken fixtures and base boards. Not the worst hotel but will not stay there again.

Ok, so. This place is being remodled, no doubt about it. We got a room that was recently remodeled for the most part, I think, but the carpet in our room had spots where it had been worn and there were carpet nails sticking up when entering the bathroom?? There was plastic laying on our table when we first came in from where they put a new cover on the ironing board. They also had no extra pillows and blankets. And it smelled like weed SO bad. It honestly made me nauseous. Staff was nice though and it was a cheap place to stay.

Unless you want a contact high I wouldn't stay.

To not be charged an additional fee when booking online as a deposit (which was NOT disclosed online) we paid more for a smoking room which wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. Room smelt & looked cleaner than expected. Check in was easy and employees were pleasant however elevators were very dirty, the right hand side elevator shook when descending and dipped in when entering which freaked my 6 year old out. My biggest issue was we couldn't walk in or out of our room without passing through a cloud of marijuana smoke with my kids whom ended up with a contact high. The entire 4th floor was one cloud smoke after another. It was ridiculous!

We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of the night. The hotel was in major disrepair and dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
