"We will be back. Loved the central location to pubs, restaurants, grocery and the national park. Breakfast was great and priced accordingly. Rooms were very clean, and VERY quiet! We arrived on 24 straight hours of travel at 1pm. They got us in our room early so we could rest. "

"Location is ideal but the hotel is very old. Very limited parking and the parking garage is very unpleasant for guests to drive into. The hotel garbage is all down in the car park and lots of random equipment for the hotel. "

"This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites. "

"We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead. "I've stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times. The rooms are wonderful, and each time I was lucky enough to get a wonderful view looking out at the mountains. I'm normally not one to spend time in a hotel's lobby or sitting room. Usually I'll just go straight to my room and rest there, but Randles is the exception. They have a real wood fire going in their sitting room most evenings, and the staff come out to stone the fire from time to time. My girlfriend and I loved sitting there...

"This is a very nice hotel with parking (small lot) in the middle of lots of things to do. My son hiked Carrauntoohil and I visited the ruins of Muckross monastery and then the Muckross Estate. There were lots of shops & restaurants in the village nearby. Everything was within a 15-30 minute drive. The breakfast was a combination of a buffet and several menu options - all delicious!"
