We were told to use the buttons on the TV but there was only an on/off so TV was unusable. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy even though it was sold out due to graduation. Ice maker on our floor was broken. Only had decaf for the keurig in the room. Good lighting in the bathroom."

"The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me...

"Was not informed that a deposit was required when room was booked. Front desk stated it will take 7-10 days to refund deposit. Other than that great place to stay. The breakfast was good and the room was nice, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"La limpieza horrible. Los pasillos tiene una peste horrible a ciagarrillo. En el elevador no era muy siguro y tenia basura. El cuarto la puerta del baño esta rota, las cortina tenian manchas y realmente no volvería a hospedarme y lo que tuve fue una sola noche."

"Sofia on recepton was extremely helpful and very kind Upon arriving home I called as I thought I had lost some property and she was very helpful. Fortunately I found the items shortly afterward, they had fallen behind my dressing ttable. I recalled the hotel to inform them I had found them and apologised for the disturbance."

"Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The room could be better. The towel rack in the bathroom room was loose and needed to be repaired. Also we ran out of toilet paper and needed to go to the front desk to get additional paper. Also a piece of moulding near the door was loose and easily detached. "
