"The indoor pool was shockingly cold and the hot tub was so over chlorinated that it bleached the color out of my swim suit. The beds were supposed to be doubles but they were so small only one person could be comfortable in each bed. The bed frames stuck out several inches on either side of the mattresses because they were probably full or queen size frames but the mattresses were so small they didn't fit in the frames. "Called immediately after making a reservation online and asked if they could make sure I could get a room with a bathtub, the lady said that was totally fine and that she would make a note so when my room gets set that it would be a room with a bathtub. When I got there and asked if I was getting a bathtub room they said yes. My room didn't have a bathtub lol so I went out and thankfully they changed rooms. "The hall way smelled of smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were coming up, there was a foot print on the ceiling, the room had an odor. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know."
