"The room was well worn, carpeting was thread bare, table very wobbly, hot water in the shower went from warm to scalding to cold without ever touching the valve. Outside the loud noises kept us awake until late and the garbage collectors woke us starting at 5:30. The washing machine didn't spin well so washing and drying a single load took about 3 hours."

"A lot to like about the place: location, mod cons, etc but I found the shower a bit lacking. It had a nozzle that didn’t adjust in any way, which had me very close to the wall to get underneath it because of the way it was mounted. The pressure and spray pattern were great either. But overall, great stay - good sized rooms, washer and dryer in the room, 2 TVs. No major complaints."

"we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"Pros: - receptionist was great - very fast check in Cons: - For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. - the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment"
