Hice una reservación por 3 días y me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 3 veces primero porque la primera habitación que me dieron tenía tapado el drenaje del lavamanos, luego la segunda habitación se descompuso el aire acondicionado y en un cuarto tan pequeño y cerrado sin opción de ningún tipo de ventilación con una temperatura de 40oC fue imposible dormir porque se descompuso el aire en la madrugada. Además como los teléfonos de las habitaciones no sirven tuve que bajar del 6to. piso a avisar que el aire estaba descompuesto y no habia nadie en recepción. En la mañana cuando ya había personal reporte el problema me dijeron que lo checarían a las 5 horas que regresé no servía el aire acondicionado así que nuevamente me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. En general es un hotel sucio, en muy malas condiciones, le falta mantenimiento, más aparte los problemas que se puedan suscitar como los que me pasaron a mi. Horrible experiencia.

No cuentan con Transporte propio, como lo anuncian. Lo comparten con otros 2 hoteles de la cadena, así que hay que estar pendientes si es que está disponible para los traslados que "ofrecen". El lugar es pequeño; estuvimos en camas individuales. El baño con lo justo; no hay clóset, aunque hay 4 ganchos, pero no hay cajones para guardar ropa.

Habitación exageradamente sucia, los teléfonos no sirven desde diciembre 2025 según la recepcionista, los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones no enfrían, probamos 4 habitaciones y se molestó la recepcionista, las televisiones de las 4 habitaciones se veían ralladas, el desayuno solo valió la pena la sandía, el café quemado, el jugo de naranja es agua, puedo seguir mencionando una larga lista de cosas malas pero fue mi culpa seleccionar este hotel
