Excellent condition, very comfortable and entirely pleasant, efficient and friendly staff.

The staff were amazing and so very helpful. We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend the hotel with out a doubt.

Warm welcome, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. The driveway needs a bit of repair work, though!

First time glamping and wasn’t disappointed at all. POD had everything you need and in immaculate condition and spotless . Hot tub a huge bonus.

Excellent - a warm welcome, clean & tidy accommodation, well-stocked bedroom and en-suite, superb breakfast menu, delicious breakfast. Kingsley and Bella, the Newfoundlands, were the icing on the cake. Great value. I will stay here again next time I am working in the central belt. Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed

Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. It was a relatively quiet night I stayed at with maybe 33-50% occupancy, and I was given a nice upgrade. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high tier, mixed with antique/period pieces. I was on a business trip and specifically booked the Townhouse on the back of the highly positive online reviews. I wasn't disappointed. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely. Fantastic property in a lovely location, 2 minutes walk to the loch which has a really nice walking route around it. Only a minute drive to supermarket and loads of food options around for dinner / lunch etc. The breakfast included with the room was better than expected. Very pleased! Highly recommend.
