"The room we booked and paid for prior to check in was not available when we did arrive. We had booked a 2 queen and sofa couch but was given a 1 queen bed and sofa couch. We have two teenagers (1 boy and 1 girl) who were looking forward to separate beds. We were told that hotels.com was to contact us but we received nothing. When asked for a refund, since the rooms are two different prices we were told we could not get one. Then we had to go get the bedding for the couch once we got to the room. We only stayed one night but will not be using your location again. "

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and there was plenty of room. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was okay.."

"The hot tub was out of service and the pool was green, and no word how soon it woukd be available for usage. Breakfast is typical, except the eggs and sausage, the quality was not that great. The breakfast area during my stay was not kept clean, food spilled everywhere with no one in sight to clean it up. Requested housekeeping and towels mid day and never received the service. . The location was perfect for me. The evening staff was helpful though."

"Our daughter is in ICU at Wesley. We were always in and out due to her condition. Breakfast was usually skimpy as last users. Eggs were dried out most of the time. One of the guests stole my Vietnam Veterans hat after I left it unattended for a few minutes. Other guests that used the pool were extremely noisy in the hallways. "
