"most countries were great. However, upon check-in, they did their damnedest to try to upgrade me to a more expensive room. They said that Expedia sometimes makes mistakes, and we couldn’t have the room that we were booked at already. I thought back. I provided my itinerary number and my confirmation number. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
