Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. "The rooms & halls were clean, the indoor/outdoor pool was unique and well maintained, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. The breakfast staff (seemed to be just one lady) worked hard to keep things stocked, but it got quite busy several times and by our third morning, coffee & creamer & juice were running low. "I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"

"I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see."
