"Everything was up to par and the room was really nice. The breakfast was great. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. If I had to critique one thing it would be that I had to go to the first floor just to get ice. Other than that, all was well."

No trash in restroom, no bags in trash bins. Very limited items to purchase especially being in a more remote area of restaurants and stores "

"I requested an early check-in, and they made sure the type of room I booked would be available, so we really appreciated that! The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and soaps, the hot breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options. For the price, we were very pleased! Would stay again!"

"I stayed at this hotel 4 nights for a business trip. The entire stay was disappointing. I was told the room could only be cleaned every three days, but that this was not guaranteed because they were having trouble with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The hallways and stairways were unvacuumed and most rooms had bags of garbage piled outside the doors. My sink had no drain cover, just an open hole with a slow drain. "Hotel seemed recently renovated and room was clean and well maintained. While seemingly slightly off the beaten path, it wasn't far to a lot of dining options, and the location made it fairly quiet while not far from the freeway."

"Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. "

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and within short distance of many stores and restaurants. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She even called the room to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast was good with plenty of room to sit and eat. The coffee station was accessible 24/7. There is a shuttle available to transport to anywhere within a 2mile distance. The only negative thing was the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors. ...

"Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again."
