The staff were professional and friendly. The facility was well maintained and inviting to all. One suggestion would be to include use of the hot springs with the room rate instead of separate. As the reason for renting a room was to use the hot springs. "

"I had a great stay at the Plaza Motel in Preston, Idaho. It’s a quaint little motel, and my room was very clean — the maid did an excellent job. It was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located in town, close to the grocery store and other necessities. I stayed here for a two-day weekend while attending a vet tech program, and it was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Felt like we were the only ones there. Themed rooms, our room was the Victorian style. Big bath and huge shower, the room was a great size. Our bed was a sleep number bed which was great for two people. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast, good variety, the only thing hot was hot water. Safe location, it was maybe 10 mins from Walmart and even closer to a grocery store. "
