"Though the hotel is fairly small is well maintained and the staff is pretty helpful and attentive, the location is so conveniente since it’s in the heart of Morelia’s historical centre, so much to see and enjoy the vibe around this part of town it’s amazing!!"

"The staff were polite, but unfortunately they did not speak English, which made communication quite difficult. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. The room itself was quite noisy, with poor insulation from outside sounds, making it hard to rest properly. Additionally, the bathroom towels appeared old and grey rather than fresh and clean. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."
