"Great experience. I was looking for a non-casino hotel near Keesler AFB and this one fit the bill. Less than 10 minutes from base and right on the beach. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was very clean and well serviced through my stay. A welcome change from many other hotels I have stayed at recently. If I make it back to Biloxi, I will definitely stay again. "

"This hotel was niceeee my wife and I upgraded to the jasmine suite. 2 bedroom jacuzzi and one the other bathroom had a shower you could fit 6 ppl in there definitely worth it. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all. We highly recommend"

"This was my 4th time here bc we love all the things u get to do without leaving ur hotel. Swimming, lazy river, amusement park, an enormous arcade and multiple great restaurants!"

"All but one staff member were great. The one staff member was working the check in desk. She asked if I had any guests with me. (I’m 62) I explained it was just me and my wife. I noticed the clerk next to her was checking another couple. That clerk was providing a good amount of information to that couple that my clerk never provided to me. I don’t remember my clerk’s name but she definitely wasn’t as friendly as all of the other staff nor was she as informative."

"Everything was on point. My supper on Saturday night in the grill was perfectly prepared by chef Andre the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious and worth the $13. Nicole, who checked me in Saturday night was very personable and professional. Cora the housekeeping attendant was great. I will definitely spend the night there again the next time I’m in Biloxi."

"The young lady at the front desk name Precious was a great help with directions and were to go for entertainment! She was very professional and polite! She is a must keep on your staff!"

"Harrahs has changed in the last seven years. It is not what it used to be. The food in this casino is horrible!!! All restaurants besides Starbucks need to be shut down. Horrible!! Did I say Horrible. On the flip side, the best part of the Casino was I won a few hundred dollars to replace what I missed going to these restaurants."

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed"

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee....
