"This was the ideal staycation of all staycation. I felt the slightest twinge of guilt having the place all to ourselves on the weekend before it all gets incredibly busy, but I got over that real quick. Sorry, not sorry, we lucked out. This was dreamy from decorations to decor to ambience: 1. Gorgeous inside & out 2. The most impressive little touches of love and care and hospitality all over the place, too many to count, you'll have to go see for yourself. 3. Close to outdoor adventure, not to mention a trail on property and our room overlooking a waterfall mere steps away. 4. Provisions for smores, snacks left out for us, the cleanest rooms ever. 5. And a book with a bunch of local things to do which were plenty, including G.O.A.T & Lady Bug Landing;) so precious & fun! The staff was very conscientious and helpful, most definitely coming back!"

"This place is tired and in desperate need of remodeling. Even our shower curtain and blanket were torn. Paint peeling off the walls everywhere. Pool was closed. Breakfast was boiled eggs and stale muffins. However, the staff was wonderful. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The beds were comfy. It was clean and didn’t give the total ick. We practically had the entire place to ourselves. Not sure if that should’ve been a red flag or not. It served its purpose for us for the most part. The location and price were right. "

"The room was fine. Staff was really nice. I'd say probably not worth the price. It's a redone property and decent at that. I appreciated the heated bathroom floors and the way the team rectified some of the issues. I didn't like that you could literally hear EVERYTHING from all over because walls and floors were so thin it was wild. I didn't like that they also didn't have a breakfast or lunch option. Like if it's raining, you still have to leave the property in order to eat or just be stuck in your room. I wish it had a hot tub at least. idk probably wouldn't book again even at a lower rate. "
