"The instructions for the shuttle do. It include looking for a shuttle that says “Hyatt Place” on the marquee front. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for a shuttle and after several phone calls, was told that the shuttle I needed to look for was blue and said “Hyatt place in the marquee”! Plus the last phone call led to a shuttle tracker that should have been sent to me from the start.
Second they put me in a room with broken AC. Since I was late getting back and I had plans that took me out of the...

"There were roaches also I booked reservations they kept telling me they couldn’t see it only one that was canceled and that maybe Expedia gon send me a cancellation because they were already booked for the double bed room that I requested… I had to be cramped up in a I bed room with my 4 children I only took it because we’ve been driving and I need rest …. We also had 1 face towel and when I ask for another sheet or blanket they stated they were out"
