"This hotel could be a little gem. The rooms are a minimalist dream. It has all the makings of a boutique hotel dropped down in Pinellas County, FL. Especially, when the attached restaurants open for business. It is still under construction in some areas. But, construction noise or debris (except parking lot debris) is not an issue. Now staffing. Efficiency must be the priority, because friendliness is optional. The exception was the housekeeping staff who were personable and accommodating. But, that was only in one on one interaction. Staff does not say hello in hallways and appear sort of terrified when asked a question. Maybe a management thing? Upon check-in I was not made aware that the first floor ice machine was broken"
