"Our comforter had a big rip in it, and for some strange reason they did not have blackout curtains on first floor, so with light on at night, you could see right in and we were by the pool. I spoke with guy behind desk, and offered nothing, and I left a day before checkout, but still paid. Rest of staff were nice"

"Friendly staff, convenient location but that's about it. I rented this for kitchen amenities and a pool. At check-in I was told there was no pool, but I could use one at another Extended Stay in the area! Kitchen was not stocked but items could be gotten at the front desk.. There was no inventory on site! I was given 1 plate, 1 mug, 1 cup, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 1 knife, a carving knife and a fry pan. Try making meals with those amenities!! There was not even a coffee maker available. I was told that guests do not return them Then go to WalMart and buy more stock!!!! Very pitiful if you are trying to use the kitchen amenities for a long stay."
