Poor internet connectivity kept dropping out. Not happy at having to pay $220 on checking in as a security deposit.

Great front desk attendant!
The person at the front was wonderful. I’ve been there a few times before and she remembered and just was very welcoming and friendly! I wish more hotels had someone like her working for them. And the Halloween decorations in the lobby and elevator were great! The room was okay but there were tiny ants around the shower and sink, and one of the bars of soap in a box was wet yet the box wasn’t, it was like it had been used and just put back into a box instead of having a new bar or soap.

The person who was at the front desk and checked me in Jaycee (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly!) was wonderful. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only negative I experienced was when the people above me walked on their entryway area, it sounded like they were jumping with wooden shoes on a wooden floor - it was loud in my room and made a metal on metal sound as well (I think maybe it was the door to the bathroom clinking against its frame). I’ve never experienced that before. When I let Jaycee at the front desk know, she was apologetic and rectified the situation immediately by moving me to another room, and I had no other poor experiences for the rest of my stay :-)

I've stayed here before and I'm actually from Clewiston. It's great to have a modern hotel chain there. The property was clean, my room was contemporary and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff, particularly Krystal, was very accommodating!

The air conditioning was not at all controlled by the wall thermostat. There was never a happy medium temperature, it was either too hot or too cold, even set on the same temperature. We asked for it to be checked but nothing was ever done about it

The bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The floor would have been equally as comfortable. My wife and I both woke up around 4am with sore backs and couldn't sleep. It of curiosity, I stuck my hand between the mattress and box springs to discover the mattress was upside down. That made us wonder what was on the top of the mattress that they flipped it. A mattress usually doesn't get installed upside down in accident and even if it had, how many times had a house keeper changed sheets and didn't report it or flip it. The bathroom vanity had beard stubble on it. The shower was a walk in shower, likely ADA compliant. The shower curtain; however, was 3" short of the floor and water just sprayed right out and flooded the floor. I had to use all of the towels to clean up the mess. Breakfast was the only decent thing about this stay. The front desk person offered me extra honors points for the inconvenience, but I never got them.

King suite obviously had carpet just cleaned still damp. The overpowering smell of carpet cleaner, bleach and Fabulouso immediately gave us both overwhelming headaches. We left the room for 2 hours and upon our return smell had not disappeared at all. Thankfully they had a regular king available but was still charged for suite.

Friendly and excellent staff made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are super clean and quiet. We will be staying here next year when we come back for the fishing tournament.

We stayed one night only, and didn't use the hotel facilities. Everything was very clean, the room is big, very confortable. The only thing I did'nt like was the bedspread, it is too heavy.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay but we did not enjoy the $75.00 non-disclosed one night pet fee. This borders on bait and switch tactics, we arrive at the hotel at 8PM and during registration find out about the $75 pet fee. Had we known in advance we would have stayed elsewhere.
