"The property is very outdated and looks nothing like the pictures online. We didn’t use the pool, but the room itself was disappointing. It was not very clean—the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, as I found someone else’s used plastic fork on the floor. The bathtub had hair in it (definitely not from the head), and the toilet tank was dusty. We were given only two bath towels and two hand towels for a group of four, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked basic functionality—there was hardly anywhere to place bags, phones, or personal items. Despite having two queen beds, there was only one nightstand, one luggage rack, and a desk with one chair. The room was also very noisy—we could clearly hear people walking in the room above, as well as conversations in the hallways. On top of that, it was very dark and could really use better lighting. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement."

"Hot tub hot, but tons of chlorine in water. Water looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Breakfast was okay. Waffles were the best part! Rooms were very clean!!! "

"No, Coming from North to South, we had to wait for traffic to clear to make a left into the driveway. Didn't offer breakfast, Parking satisfactory, Room cleaned but in ill repair, Microwave didn't work, No directions for using television. Lamps with phone chargers did not function. Rusty fixture for holding towels."
