"Talk about nickle and dime as much as possible. The coffee was horrible and NOT free. The coffee they give in room was awful. You can get coffee downstarirs if you wait in line with 20 people and 1 staff making burnt crap coffee. No creamer. Ceilings were leaking above elevator on 2B. our rooms were supposed to be $1300.00 the hotel took 2600 from my husbands account. They said it was just a "hold" but guess what the money was still GONE! The rooms dont have fridge, microwave... what the heck good is a chiller? The staff was very nice , and rooms were clean enough. For the price stay in the city that gives you better coffee and free breakfast."
