We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run. Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family". Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left. If our travel dictates we will stay here again.
