"Room was recently renovated, modern and clean which overlooked the spa gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only downside was unfortunately, likely due to the age of the property the room directly above had very squeaky floorboards which disrupted our sleep. "

"Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. She just gave that little bit extra that made you feel well looked after and that she care about your...
