"Arrived at the hotel and there was no power. Elevators didn’t work the whole time. There are 6 floors. Everyone had to walk the stairs. I assisted in helping elderly guests with their luggage. I didn’t gwt a key to my room until late in the evening. Breakfast was not good either. The staff did their best to keep people happy. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I asked if they were giving refunds or any compensation for the terrible experience. I would told I could grab extra snacks from the store. Just avoid this place. The room was clean."

"Wonderful location about 10 miles north of Denver. Had booked 2 nights, then had to add a night because of weather. (no problem) Great staff and restrauant. Will stay again when back in Denver."

"Extremely slow at check in. Came to check in at 3:40. Was to could not check in until 4:00. Waited till exactly 4:00 while clerk just stood there with a line of customers waiting to be checked in. Each one took about 10 minutes. Elevator smelled like vomit!!! Kitchen not stocked. Had to drink coffee from Pyrex measuring cup. Only one glass for 2 of us. Went to front desk to get items and exchange dirty towels. (They don't give replacent towels in the room.) You have to go get them. Was told that they would have to find kitchen utinsels a they would bring them to us. Never provided! Had to go buy our own cups. Their excuse was the clerk was new. Cigarette butts over front entrance. Phantom charge of $85.38. Inquired at desk. Says it was a computer glitch and it would be refunded. Never refunded! There was a $100 deposit . Never refunded. Room was left in perfect condition after our 4 day stay. Was told to contact front desk after we returned home for refund. Phone number only will inquire about reservations on a recording. No person to talk to. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card. Beware there is maid service only every 2 weeks at this extended stay motel. Extended stay by their advertising means 5 days. We stayed 4 days. Not extended stay according to them. This was the most poorly operated place we've ever stayed. Recommend going elsewhere. We stayed here about a year before and had no problems. Management change has ruined it. "

"This was our second time staying and is our go to for CO family trips. The location is convenient and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. "

"Robert at the front desk was helpful and friendly, the room was kept neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices that were hot when needed or cold as needed. Even the coffiee pot was kept filled."

"Hotel location is fantastic but two major complaints: 1) The exercise room had a lot of broken equipment. The only bike and one of two elliptical machines was not working. 2) When checking in we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. Apparently there was only one person on duty (at 9 PM on a Thursday evening) and they were dealing with an issue in one of the rooms."

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful, restaurants were a little pricey, overall the stay was very nice. I recommend coming up during the week days when the rates are cheaper. The check in and checkout process was very smooth. I recommend the hotel to anyone coming up for a get away."
