It was wonderful!! Right on University next to all the other hotels. Property was beautifully manicured and clean. Staff was over the top, friendly and helpful. Room was great! All new carpet, bathroom redone, big screen TV with all the channels, microwave and refrigerator. Bed and pillows were wonderful! Very nice size room. Great insulation, very quiet. Great price. So glad to have found it!

Disliked: Amenities
First off this hotel is not a days inn it is howdy hotel. The pool is not functional. Only one outlet was available in the room and the others did not work. There were people making noise outside of our door at 2:30/3am yelling and cursing and talking loud no phone available in room to call front desk. There is no good breakfast when you stay somewhere you expect to have a good hot breakfast but if looking for that here there are only a few to go options coffee, oatmeal and yogurt nothing hot or appeasing. Front desk office workers were nice and helpful. I will not be staying here again. Just was satisfied with the amenities that were offered. If things were changed wouldn’t be a bad option but need to fix some things about the property and they will have more business.

Stephanie was awesome. It’s no longer the Days Inn- it’s the Howdy Hotel and they are fixing it up real nice. It’s close to everything and nice and quiet.

It was a good place to sleep. Good price. Quiet. The name of the hotel on their sign is not Days Inn. It’s Howdy Hotel. We missed it a couple of times.

They have issues with room keys. We have stayed here multiple times and the keys seemingly stop working for no reason. Hotel seems understaffed as there are at most 2 people working here for the entire property.

A true dump. Smelly room with damp, ancient carpeting. Looks like someone painted the bathroom with their eyes closed. No toiletries offered. Keycard randomly worked. The “breakfast” consisted of instant oatmeal packets and some inedible greasy mini donuts. The pool was filled in with gravel. The only redeeming quality was the exceeding nice staff.

An older Days Inn, but it fit the bill on one of the hardest weekends to get a room. Hotel is in need of an exterior remodel. Room was adequate as was parking.
