"It looks as if the hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room was updated and very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was cool and the air conditioning worked very well. That being said, the hallway and stairwell were NOT air conditioned. Also, about that stairwell, there is no elevator. I did not realize this upon booking. Luckily the stairs were not an issue for me, but I can see how that might be an issue for other travelers. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful."
