Great location. Excellent hotel with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Their ethos is on sustainability so they will send in housekeeping daily if you wish but the bathroom is the only room cleaned - no beds are made. We did not opt for breakfast but they do allow free tea and coffee from 11.30pm to 11.30am daily. Would recommend.
