It was not worth the $68. To stay there and then we'll never stay there again. It is extremely dirty and disgusting. There is no screen on the window, so bugs fly in. There's no smoke detector, its laying on the table. There's blood in the bathroom walls, it's really dingy and dirty that gets never been cleaned. . I should have checked out as soon as I checked it. It was disgusting. I'm very surprised that people still stay there. It needs completely renovated. I'm not sure when the carpet was last vacuums. Things in the room are broken. Don't work. It's sticky thing, dirty.

The carpet is sticky, everything is worn down and there’s no door on the bedroom. It’s honestly disgusting and the price doesn’t reflect the condition at all.

Need we're comfortable and I'm good location, pool there was no usage it's under renovation. They also have no roll away cots. Breakfast had hair in it and didn't seem sanitary. But the people were kind and polite.

This hotel is falsely advertised as having a pool and hot tub. No chance those will be available anytime soon. The fitness facility is just a treadmill and a combo machine that we did not try. The entire hotel is in a state of disrepair. The baseboards in our room were either missing or screwed in after they did an unprofessional floor repair. There were roaches in the sink and the hot water took a while to heat up. No doubt, this has been the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Felt unclean and unsafe. Should have paid attention to the reviews.

This hotel was absolutely horrible, the room was falling apart walls had holes in them and trim on the walls and floors was missing. No hot water, horrible customer service. Had to check out after one night due to the conditions and am still fighting for my refund.

This is by far the worse place I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms have a very strong smell. We understand is pets friendly but come on. The maintenance on carpet hasn’t been done, because the odor was very disgusting. Pool weren’t working.

Had no shower curtain. Told them at check-in never got. No fridge. Carpet had holes cut in it. Was told at checkout the room wasn't supposed to be available. The list goes on. Now I'm finding out I was overcharged by Expedia as well.

Pool is under renovation, not up to code with outlets, smoke detectors, no maps which are required by colorado state law. No hot water they kept saying 30 more minutes, very poor wifi. I asked for extra blankets and a pillow staff said they would bring it to room. 2 hours later husband had to go down and ask 2 more times.

The place smelled. It was old and unkept. No comforter or pillows. Mattress was dirty and the sheets had stains. The people around our room were loud and the side entrance wasn't locked. We didn't even stay the night it was so bad. Room was none refundable so be careful.

While we were very disappointed to find out that the pool is closed indefinitely, and the hotel tended to be a little bit noisy because it's right by the highway, the rooms are decent, breakfast was good and we received excellent customer service from Jerome and Michael throughout our stay. They were very friendly and attentive and always offered their help and any assistance that we might need. Both made our stay pleasant and made us feel welcome and at home, which helped offset the disappointment about the closed pool. Thank you again, Jerome and Michael! 😀

Frustrating when booking a hotel for the pool/hot tub, only to find out upon arrival that both are out of order. Room was missing the smoke alarm and had a strong oder. Couch was stained. Carpet was wet. Paint on walls and ceiling was peeling. Some window screens were falling off. Breakfast was very limited and the juice boxes were frozen. The staff was nice and were trying hard, but hotel needs a reno!

The room had black mold, broken window, no landline phone (no way to contact front desk). Room was dirty, lamp shades were torn. The hotel phone number listed on their web site does not work.

I could only get one key. The pool was closed. My room smelled bad and there was a lot of cat hair on the curtains. No cups in the room. No ice machine. The hotel looks like someone tried to renovate on the cheap. The elevator stunk and was unusually small.

Advertised as having a pool, but pool was down for maintenance the entire stay. (Which was the main draw for our kids) No wifi. Kept saying"they're coming tomorrow to fix it" but never did. Closed breakfast early one day of our stay.
