"The room was clean and elegant. They must have done a good job with the sound proofing, my room was fairly quiet. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The only mild complaint is there is minimal to no cell phone reception throughout the casino and hotel. The hotel may need a cell phone relay system. I would stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Ideal location as it’s12 minutes from the airport. While the motel is situated on a busy road surrounded by strip malls and fast food, it’s peaceful and pleasant inside. Has a lovely little courtyard with trees, landscaping, and a few tables and chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a tiny fitness room. Staff were fine at check in and check out. Love the free breakfast, but coffee could be better. "

"The guy at check in was nice. He said the room would be ready a little early but it wasn’t. Not a big deal. The rooms are normally pretty clean but this time I found dog food and crumbs on the floor and there were stains on the bed linens. The mirrors were not clean either. I noticed they were training new cleaning staff so maybe they forgot a few things. I’ll give them another chance because this place is ideal for my trips to Fruita. "Sunshine was a wonderful host answering all our questions by text quickly and very accommodating. This place is in the most beautiful spot, 360 degree views, peaceful and serene. We reserved the repurposed barn which had 3 bedrooms and one large well equipped bathroom. The common space is large with a pool table and full size pac man game the kids loved! There was a nice sitting area, but it was in the sun for the majority of the day and too hot to enjoy until late. It is super convenient to the national park and the dog area was great!"
